Shield tunneling machines need continuous high-pressure water supply hundreds of meters into the tunnel - and the hose must extend and retract thousands of times without leaking.

DN200 Engineered for Tunnel Duty

Our large-diameter hydraulic hose reels cover DN50 to DN300 at working pressures up to 1.6 MPa, with motor or hydraulic drive and guided spooling for long hose runs.

Proven on Chinese TBMs

Deployed with tunnel boring and trench cutting equipment, the same reel family serves dredgers and material grabs - engineered, built and fatigue-tested in our group facilities.
